BLOGGER APARTMENT VOL. II - #MBFWB

Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Berlin .. it was about that time again a few weeks ago and I enjoyed good company during the week in another Blogger Apartment constellation including Yanin from Idressmyselff, Juliette from Romeo's Fashion Fix, Breeny from Breeny Lee, Wilson from Black Whimsy, Joéva from La Fashion War, Lois from L is for Lois & of course Samah my partner in crime and Co-Founder of Blogger Apartment.

For those of you who don't know the actual cause behind Blogger Apartment and what it's all about - make sure to check my post from our previous project (here).

Well ..Where do I even start?

This week has been crazy and so much fun. Loved being around such amazing people!
We enjoyed many many shows during the fashion week and also had a great time at the apartment. Besides from fashion shoots with our official partner Even&Odd (click)  by Zalando we had great company of delish meals by Thamm Catering for our Welcome-Dinner as well as drinks by Evian x Kenzo, the new Mate Mate drink by Thomas Henry and our fav refreshing champagne & Secco by Katlenburger Kellerei.

That's not all for the week. During our Beauty/ Come-Together day at the apartment we loved having goodies by Mey Bodywear, CD skin-care as well as shower gels by Original Source! By the amount of shower gels we have, we can defo survive for at least a decade or so haha!

Our schedule for the week pretty much looked like that: Breakfast (if we had time to), shows, shows and more shows! Followed by several shoots, selfie-action, fittings, lunch, dinners, after parties and so on .. You can imagine with a busy schedule as that we sometimes went through a few rough paths but at the end of the day again managed to get to our shows & shoots in time while not totally freezing in the cold. It was like legit -11 degrees out there and we were literally all shooting outside in the snow.

Big shout-out to our photographer Maurice Köder for sticking around the week and getting along with us girls lol. We clearly, not always made it easy on him!

SAYING GOODBYE TO 2K15

We haven't spoken much lately but I hope that you guys did enjoy your holidays and especially the christmas season. I couldn't make it to update my x-mas story on the blog but I did post a few sneak peeks on my social media esp. on Snapchat.. Snapchat has become my thing lately. Finding myself guilty of consuming daily ..haha!

However,  2015 .. where do I even start?!

So much has happened in the last 365 days! 

First things first, did I enjoy a wonderful birthday trip with the bestie in Budapest where we got to see many sights of Budapest and explore another kind of dish. To me, food is always a big & important part while travelling. It's no secret that I love to eat and when I get the chance to try out some new cultures, you clearly don't have to ask me twice. 

Well .. but that's not all for 2015! As you guys know did I sorta built up my own company which is called "Blogger Apartment" .. something that I'm very proud of since I've never imagined how positive it'll all turn at the end of the day. Therefore, I want to thank my lovely partner in crime Samah for sticking around for quite some time and creating our baby together. Without you, this wouldn't have happen! Looking forward to our next steps ..

Well, well, well ...no new news are, that I started with uni which by the way was the reason why I've been away so long .. However, with me getting back to school - in that short period of time did I already met such amazing people that I'm happy to call my friends. Me moving to Frankfurt was also a big step for me since I've never really lived on my own (me coming from a big household). I'm still learning but as far as my fortune cookie told me, I'm on the right track haha.

So many things happend and so many things to look back to. Sad & happy moments which all in all made my 2015 unique. As long as I keep on having faith and my family and friends close, I have nothing to worry about ..

But one thing though .. I'm usually not that kind of person that makes up resolutions but I have to admit that I kind of set up some goals .. fully getting back to blogging and in other news, starting a healthier and fitter life, starting with regular gym visits. Oh and .. spending less money which is on top of my imaginary list! I'll let you know how it goes.

Last but not least, do I want to thank you for sticking around one more year and supporting me day in and out. You guys are the best. Hope to write and see you all in 2k16 which is only tomorrow. Crazy!!

Happy Mid-Week everyone!

How have you all been? .. if you ask me I've been busy ever since with studies, work and other things.  No new news! Tried not to disappear for too long but apparently it's tough getting all things in order. 

However, I did try my best and at least kept you updated on my Snapchat (fabeautrends) where I most of the time snapped about the random things in my life recently. Hoped you enjoyed those. 

I also did post on my Snapchat that I was literally hunting for the perfect winter coat since it's obviously getting  'hella cold .. and guess what? I found the perfect one! 

When it comes to choosing winter stuff I don't like going for jackets, I prefer the warm and cozy, oversized coats. The bigger, the best! (and of course black).

Friends from uni calling me crazy for not wanting a jacket and following fashion but hello .. I found both. A fashionable, effortless coat that can keep me warm. I also recently got hooked up by Esprit with this very nice shirt that I found at the men's section. Fell in love the moment I saw it.

In other news, I managed to get most of the x-mas shopping done which I'm very happy about. I come from a big family so it's always giving me a tough time getting the perfect gifts. But yes, made it!

THE LUST LIST #6: COLLEGE EDITION

Another week has gone by and we're almost in December .. sheesh! Time's flying so quick guys. I feel like 2015 has just started but apparently we're almost facing the end. What have I been up to the last months? Neither do I know ..

However, since I've started college I decided to do a college related Lust List. 

As a matter of fact, the way I dress on the blog is basically how I also dress in college (probably more basic though) ..

What I really like wearing to college is of course something comfy such as a oversized coat, sweatpants and even more, bomberjackets which I think can not be worn as often ..now that it's already snowing. Yeah .. you heard me right! We're already were "lucky" enough to "enjoy" bits of snow. You guys know, that I'm not that much of a winter person. I prefer the warmer season but in terms of coldness, autumn is just right to me. Not too cold and not too hot .. what am I even talking? We're basically in autumn and it's already snowing. Something's going way wrong! But in my mind, I'm still holding on to at least some bright, snowless days. Any anti-winter person around here except me? haha

Happy weekend guys!

I honestly don't even know how to start .. It's been a very long while (almost two months to be exact) since I've disappeared from the blogging and social media life. Not the best start since my blog just turned two in September.

Seriously, I'm feeling like a total stranger at the moment. Can't even get my feelings together and find the right words.

Let me start here .. as you all know, I've recently started studying in Frankfurt and earlier I was dealing with the thought whether I should stay in Berlin or just start "a new life" and chapter by moving to Frankfurt once and for all. 

First, I basically shuttled back and forth from Berlin to Frankfurt but then it felt so hard for me to wake up every single morning, get dressed to drive more than an hour for just some classes. I thought it would get easier from time to time but honestly that wasn't even the case. 

So, at the end of the day, I choosed to move to Frankfurt at least for the time that I'm in college.  And meanwhile I really need to figure out how to balance college and blogging. But as for now, you can call me a "Frankfurt-er", I guess haha. But still gonna be in Berlin at weekends though ..

Currently, I'm in the library all day because I'm soon going to be writing my first exams and I'm so anxious. Wish me luck guys!

However, let's get back to business. I recently got hooked up by Foot Locker again with these really awesome sneakers by Adidas that are so comfortable to wear. I've been so into sneakers lately. My everyday shoes for college. 

In other news, besides wearing black I've also extended my color palette to more white and grey-ish tones haha. Still quite monochrome but in the making.
